A shift in responsibility came abruptly when I took on the challenge of leading the Linkage Davao Commissary in November 2021,

after having worked previously in the QA Department. Initially, I was skeptical, as I had no prior experience in a managerial role. However, with the support and patience my boss invested in me, I was able to overcome my self-doubts and realize my potential.

Linkage has always been committed to the personal and professional growth of its employees,

and I am grateful to be one of many who have benefitted from the training and experiences that have expanded my knowledge and enhanced my capabilities. I’m excited for what lies ahead.

It was when I was immersed in other channels and departments aside from Modern Trade and Sales.

It was when I was given a chance to handle General Trade and the Business Development Group.

It felt like stepping out of my comfort zone, but I am beyond thankful for the challenges I faced and overcame—through,

of course, the help, support, and guidance of my bosses and work colleagues. Now,

I can say that I am more equipped with knowledge in different areas of sales and have a deeper understanding

and appreciation of the company. With this, I still want to continue growing and learning—both in life and business—in this company,

my second family.

Throughout my career, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships with key buyers from top retailers and brand partners.

These connections have been instrumental in driving business growth, negotiating favorable deals, and ensuring smooth,

productive collaborations. By understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service,

I’ve played a role in the success of numerous partnerships.

One of the standout moments for me was the incentive trip to Thailand and Boracay.

It wasn’t just a well-deserved break—it was a chance to bond with colleagues and celebrate our collective achievements.

With 8 years of experience at Linkage, I have managed the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing,

check preparation, and ensuring timely payments. My role has honed my attention to detail and problem-solving abilities,

allowing me to streamline processes for greater efficiency. I also value the team-building activities,

which have strengthened collaboration and camaraderie within the team.

In my 11 years with LFVC, one of my career highlights has been managing a team of 70-80 employees

while successfully fulfilling large orders without delays.

It was incredibly rewarding to see the team come together to meet demanding deadlines with both efficiency and precision.

However, my favorite memory is the opportunity to train many employees.

Knowing that I played a role in equipping them with the knowledge and skills to contribute to the company’s growth

and success is something I’m truly proud of.
